6.1 Random Number Generation. 9.3 In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, 87ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 87ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 87ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 87ph has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players; or (d) required by law or regulatory directive.
10.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
